A couple of years ago, I found a Cuban salsa class and have never had more fun dancing than with those wonderful casineros. Traveling is definitely my favorite hobby, but I enjoy making beer and wine also. I appreciate Erik teaching me how to brew (even though he probably regrets that now) and I’m trying to repay him by teaching him to knit. I am lucky to be surrounded by so many wonderful people. When I met Erik, he stole my heart [/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”1px”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]with a cucumber wheat beer and I’ve begged him to make it a thousand times since–he relented once, but I’ll wear him down again someday. One day, he asked where in the world I would go if I could go anywhere; he was one of the first people I met who didn’t respond with shock when I answered his question with Iceland. If he thought it was strange, he didn’t let on.
